Prior to becoming an accountant he was an independent IT contractor for over a decade. He specialised in optimising Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and has first hand experience as a client of several of the major contractor accountancies. Disillusioned by accounting firms charging high fees and delegating much of the work to less qualified team members, Dan saw a gap in the market for a low cost accountant providing straight-forward, efficient tax advice and statutory year-end accounts.
